Klara house is a small and newly built residence in consiglio di rumo, a short distance from the lake and gravedona centre. Klara is near the main road and shops, but in a quiet area. From the upper apartments you have a nice view of the mountains, the village and some of the lakeside (1 km). The apartments are furnished with care to provide all comforts. apartment "s" the apartment (80 m2, sleeping 4-6) is divided over two floors. there are numerous areas dedicated to sport and to nature-tourism such as the communal lido with its two swimming pools, a sports centre with tennis courts, a football ground and running-track. there are various cycling tracks, a green zone for walks and an exercise-trail. there are windsurf, sailing, and water-ski schools in domaso, which (2 km) away. on the pian di spagna (10 km) there is a horse-riding centre.in menaggio (15km) there is an 18-hole course founded in 1907. this is the oldest golf course in italy. lanzo golf course (30km) has 9 holes in val d'intelvi up in the hills at 600m altitude. there is also a course in lugano 40km, & in como 46km.nearest railway station 15km. nearest motorway junction 50km.the apartment are just 85 from milano bergamo and 100 km from milan malpensa and milan linate airport, where many international flights arrive. from many countries, cheaper flights are available, e.g. with ( http://www.easyjet.co.uk ) and ( http://www.ryanair.com ) that arrive in milan airports. all these airports have offices for the major car hire companies.
